A man who fell 60 feet to his death off a cliff on Christmas Day has been identified.
Joshua M Burwell, 33, from Sheridan, Indiana, was strolling along Sunset Cliffs in San Diego when he tumbled over the the edge ,NBC San Diego reported.
His family confirmed his identity on Facebook and paid tribute to him.

Cell Phone + Cliff = Death! Bearded Hipster Distracted By His Cell Phone Walks Off Cliff & Plummets To His Death On Christmas!
A man fell off a cliff to his death on Christmas day while apparently distracted by his cell phone.
Bill Bender with San Diego Lifeguards at Sunset Cliffs told NBC San Diego: 'Witnesses stated seeing someone distracted by an electronic device and he just fell over the edge.
'(He) wasn't watching where he was walking, he was looking down at the device in his hands.'

A former Goldman Sachs worker was stabbed to death by a friend in the Peruvian Amazon after they both took a powerful hallucinogenic drug.
British tourist Unais Gomes, 26, was attacked by Joshua Stevens, 29, after they drank the plant brew ayahuasca at a spiritual retreat, say police.

Killed In A Nerf War! Two Minnesota Teens Die In Roll Over Caused By Nerf Gun
Police in Minnesota confirmed on Friday that a game of 'Nerf Wars' played a role in a rollover crash in Dakota County last week that killed two teenagers and critically injured their friend.
County Sheriff's officials said at a press conference that on December 4, the road was clear and neither drugs nor alcohol played a role in the accident involving a pickup truck carrying four Lakeville High School students.
Johnny Price, 18, and Jacob 'Jake' Flynn, 17, were killed in the crash on 225th Street, west of Dodd Boulevard, in Lakeville. Driver Alexander Hughes, 17, was rushed to hospital where he remains in a critical condition while a fourth teen, Mason Kohlbeck, 18, was found wandering dazed nearby after the rollover.
Sheriff Tim Leslie said the four friends got in the pickup truck that afternoon to play 'Nerf Wars' - a game in which participants fire foam darts at one another.

A frightening scene emerged Friday at the legendary Art Basel Miami Beach as a woman was stabbed, causing some patrons to think they were watching performance art.
Miami Beach police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez said the incident occurred around 5pm at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Police said the victim confronted the suspect, Siyuan Zhao, about purposely following her around the art show and bumping into her several times.

Another Tattooed Freak: Robert Michael Tried To Steal Pastor's Truck Who Had Given Him A Lift.....
Police have arrested a Missouri man with very distinctive face tattoos after he allegedly tried to steal the truck of a pastor who had given him a lift.
Robert Michael, 31, was charged with attempted robbery after repeatedly trying to take keys from the unidentified preacher who took him 20 miles from Oak Grove to Independence, outside Kansas City.
