A former substitute teacher has been arrested after she allegedly encouraged middle school students to smoke pot and gave one student a vaping device.
Elisha Mahar, 20, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child in Somerworth, New Hampshire Thursday.
Authorities say a school resource officer at Somersworth Middle School learned that Mahar had invited students to smoke and had given a student a vaping device while she was a substitute teacher. Source
