A 27-year-old woman was arrested and charged with stabbing her identical twin to death on Saturday in Camden, New Jersey.
Amanda Ramirez was charged with aggravated manslaughter in the fatal stabbing of her sister, Anna Ramirez, at around 5.30am in the Centennial Village Apartments complex on the 1200 block of East State Street, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police said they received a call about an unconscious woman at the address and discovered Anna with a stab wound to her chest. Source
