Florida police hunt for 'armed and dangerous' woman, 28, suspected of shooting dead her stepfather and her eight-year-old daughter and wounding her mother
Police in Florida are on the hunt for a woman who they say killed her own eight-year-old daughter and her stepfather, and injured her mother in Port St Lucie early this morning.
According to the city's police department, at around 12.30am officers responded to the Waterleaf Townhomes Apartments on SE Hillmoor Drive and found the bodies of a young girl and a man in his 50s. Both suffered gunshot wounds.
The adult victim’s wife was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries that were not inflicted by gunfire. Source
